About Forrest

 I started Forrest Paddle Boarding because of my love for adventure and being outdoors.
Paddle boarding is my favorite way to slow down, enjoy nature, and hang out with friends & family.
​I love sharing my passion for paddle boarding with people and showing that there are unique and fun ways to get a workout outside the gym!
​I work  primarily along the Tennessee River but if you have a different location in mind I would love to come to you.
